Cancellation and retention

Cancel renewal in the dashboard; access continues to the period end. Failed payments have a 7-day grace period, primary data is retained for 30 days, and encrypted backups may expire 35 days later.

Consumer withdrawal

Before ordering, you receive withdrawal information and a model form. Starting service during the 14-day period requires a separate request.

Acceptable use

Illegal content, attacks, malware, spam, credential abuse and resource mining are prohibited. Hard safety limits protect other customers.
